Hovi Guest

Hovi Guest benefits are applicable only for reservations made directly from hotel website, by phone or email. Benefits are not valid for reservations made through a third party, i.e. travel agencies. Stays on negotiated contract rates might also be eligible for benefits.

Hovi Guest program has Level Check dates twice yearly on February 1st and August 1st. On these dates, your Hovi Guest level will be automatically updated based on the number of eligible nights during previous 12 months. However, if you reach the number of eligible nights required for the next level any time between the Level Check dates, your new Hovi Guest level will be applicable immediately. This Hovi Guest level will then continue until the next Level Check date plus following 12 months.

*Food and beverage coupons are applicable for all food and beverage charges at following outlets: Restaurant Kapteeninhuone, Hotel Kalliohovi Lobby Bar, Hotel Raumanlinna Lobby Bar. Coupons cannot be used for other expenses i.e. minibar or room charges. Coupons are issued per night and are valid only on the day stated on the coupon. Coupons cannot be accumulated for multi-day stays. No refunds will be issued for partly or fully unused coupons.

**Room upgrades are granted based on the availability at check-in. Room upgrades will not be guaranteed at the time of reservation.
