Hovi Guest – Terms and Conditions

JOINING THE HOVI GUEST:

To join Hovi Guest Loyalty program, the applicant is to fill the application form with all the required fields completed accordingly.
To become a Member in Hovi Guest Loyalty program, an applicant must be at least 18 years old legal person.
Membership is personal and cannot be transferred or shared.
Agreement between Parties for Hovi Guest Membership is valid immediately and until Member cancels their membership in writing to the register holder.
Register holder (Rauman Hovi Oy) owns the right to cancel the Membership if during membership Member is causing disturbance or in any other way is violation of register holder’s practise of business. Right to cancel Membership applies also if it is shown that false information is given on application form to join Hovi Guest Loyalty program.

HOVI GUEST LOYALTY PROGRAM MEMBERSHIO LEVELS ARE:

Hovi Guest – 1 night during observation period /starting level
Hovi Star – 20 nights during observation period
Hovi Superstar – 40 nights during observation period

OBSERVATION PERIOD:

Observation period is 1 year (365 days) to current date.
To reach a new rank, Member needs to stay above mentioned amount of nights in Hovi Hotels during the observation period.
Only completed reservations with Member staying as registered guest are eligible.
Obtained Member level is valid 365 days from the day of new rank.

RESERVATIONS:

Only reservations booked through hotel’s direct channels (reception, websites, sales office) and negotiated reservation through GDS are eligible.
Third Party (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia) reservations, group reservations or reservations by any other Travel Agent are not eligible.

These Terms and Conditions are referred to in situations where terms of a Membership are juridically or practically invalid.
In such situations, a purpose of the Membership is taken into account and is agreed upon among Parties.

To apply for a membership, applicant needs to accept Data Protection Agreement by the register holder (Rauman Hovi Oy).
By completing the Hovi Guest Membership application form, I hereby approve the abovementioned Terms and Conditions.
